At OGT our main aim and criteria based on our long standing tradition is to produce the highest quality of tobacco with the best taste across all of our brands. We constantly monitor the world's leading manufacturers and latest trends so that we can maintain these high standards with our brands as well as taking into consideration our localised requirements which are always changing. The OGT factory is always striving to improve and expand it's brand range to the cigarette market across the whole of Causacian region.

The OGT factory is always being updated and meets the highest level of standards in advanced technology and production techniques including what we feel is one of the most important undertakings which is; technical equipment, machinery, safety and climate control systems. Temperature and humidity support is carried out according to established International manufacturing standards with the help of modern aggregates which are controlled by the seventh generation (stage) Siemens software. The factory is equipped with fire-alarm and highly sensitive sprinkler alarm systems. Having the latest equipment insures continuous operation of the microclimate necessary for the factory to keep our products always fresh and in the best condition for the consumer.

Another very important undertaking is providing special attention to specific training courses arranged for the employees of the company so they can attain further development of their working skills and abilities. Raising the level of workers skills is being arranged on a regular basis; Mechanics, operators of various machinery and laboratory inspectors received training courses in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland and other countries. Highly trained foreign specialists provide regular trainings for the employees involved in quality management and safety systems.
After finishing training courses the employees are granted a Certificate of Attendance.

Accordingly the company OGT is at the forefront of economic development in Georgia. Company employees have an ambition to continue to set new standards and break new barriers, so that OGT can take pride in its achievements not only as a state-of-the-art cigarette producer, but also as a great Georgian business.
